WorldCopter has been developing ultra-low-priced, four-seater, car engine-powered helicopters for over 30 years to revamp the unfortunate reality that helicopters are mainly used by military forces in rich countries.

We have developed automobile engine-powered helicopters that use automobile gasoline to overcome the reality of the general public’s difficulty getting access to aviation gasoline (100LL) even in advanced countries such as Korea.
However, Korean aviation law prohibits helicopters mounted with automobile engines, and it is almost impossible for the general public to get helicopter pilot training, which has temporarily put our helicopter-manufacturing business on hold.
Someday, we expect that Korea will allow car engine-powered helicopters just like the United States and there will be many pilot-training academies.
However, in order to ensure the survival of the company, train young technical personnel, secure production facilities, and protect the core values of "Hongik Spirit(Benefiting All The People)" we are constantly researching, developing and upgrading our life-saving amphibious boat, SeaTiger, as a leading project, through applying helicopter engineering & technology.

It takes WorldCopter’s extensive experience, know how and technology to successfully design & manufacture this High-Tech designed specialized life-saving amphibious airboat equipped with high-performance propeller for high-speed driving.
Due to the bottom hull being literally flat, it can even operate over and in the midst of floating debris during the flood, and superbly perform on shallow water, mudflats and icy streams.

Product Goal

To design & manufacture optimal amphibious airboats for efficient rescue operations through effortlessly superb steering performance not only in extremely shallow water depths, swamp and tidal flats, where regular boats (underwater screw-propelled boats) can’t be operated, but also even on the icy lakes or frozen lands.

Therefore, we are accumulating a lot of experience and technology in designing helicopters using automobile engines.

Robotic Transport Helicopter (500kg Payload + 400km Flight Range / Fly more than 24 hours with additional auxiliary fuel tanks)

Compared to a single rotor helicopter, the tandem helicopter, with its front & rear two-bladed main rotor sets counter-rotating to each other, ensures excellent stability with gravity centered right between the front & rear main rotors, which naturally eliminates the loss of 15% thrust normally seen in single rotor helicopters.
This offers flight stability and easy control of weight balance especially during flight.

Moreover, WorldCopter is determined to develop this tandem helicopter which will be utilized only for island to island cargo transport in the initial stage of actual commercial flight operations.
This will, of course, only come after flight safety & aircraft performance have been thoroughly verified from rigorous flight tests.

Only after these numerous cargo transport flights will all the aspects of flight safety & aircraft performance be verified and ensured.
These cargo drones will then be converted to nighttime forest fire-extinguishing helicopters, then to air-taxis (UAM), and finally to a robotic air-ambulance helicopter for transporting patients.
